Suicide & depression: how faith in god help?

I am talking about Sushant Singh suicide and depression now in your mind raise a question why am i talking about Sushant Singh  how am i big fan of him and watched his movies i am not watched many of his  movies and not follow him and i watched his movies & interviews after his suicide incident and i tried to understand him.In the age of 18 to 30 where major depression or endogenous and exogenous with disaster consequences. I am telling you why religion specially Islam faith in god play important role to overcome the depression? and which exercises have to  play a roles men fight against depression i am gonna tell you one by one or research points and my request is you should read this blog up to end.

let start analysis one by one first of all sad and terrific incident of Sushant Singh and its importance we have seen Sushant Singh such a young man only 34 year old he is handsome extremely handsome and successful man and he gave many successful movies in Bollywood like M.S Dhoni, kadarnath and chichore and his career on take off one of those person which one buy a land in moon with help of real state company he is very ambitious and futuristic and he make his status and his suicide big figures of Bollywood give a statements and interview or remember him and cry for him Indian prime minister Modi which is a prime minister of 1.4 billion people gave a long and sad  tweet on death of Sushant Singh.

 The estimated worth of sushant singh i have seen in Indian sites which 41 crore Indian rupees in Pakistani rupees approx 80 crore which is equal $5.5 million perhaps which we seen in sites his worth is not true but we know sushant singh have a expensive sports car and range rover and he lived in Mumbai most expensive area Bandra not only this Indain beautiful women and Actresses are a series of girlfriends kriti sanon after that sara ali khan and Rhea chakraborty are his girlfriends. i am doubt his relationship with rhea is stress and tens which is  major his suicide figure out and speculation which i read in Indian publication but he is such a person his profile is successful and he is a rich , handsome and his worth is 80 crore and beautiful girlfriends he himself to be hang with fan it self-ending of his life what a terrible end.

 It raise a question what is depression and why depression is more dangerous between in the age of 18 to 30 that time frame endogenous and exogenous hit a human specially male because in that time period which is approx 12 or 13 year this is a part of life which more formative phase more struggle phase where men define himself and stand himself against the world establish himself have seen something made he wants achieve something this process of identity phase is very difficult and painful that's why psychiatry tell us after age of 45 start a sustain phase of happiness because people accept the reality of life and compromise/adjust himself they accept that's we are and that's our reality that could we get something we could which we want to become that we became after that consolidate but between the age 30 intense struggle of self definition/identity where major depression exogenous or endogenous  risk.

i make a point with the help of these point  i am explain to you. Mumbai police clear stance in sushant case but his brother and law, sister and other family member stance he doesn't suicide but position of Mumbai police is very clear and humble it is suicide and we collect some evidence which is prove sushant took anti depression pill and he got medical treatment his bed luck in those time period  sibling and father not with him i am sure in those time period it is not to be pleased and his sister and other family member with him he didn't suicide because support mechanism sincere loved relation major weapon  against suicide and depression girlfriend relation can't moving forward in the end of this controversy my analysis is Mumbai police initial report and investigation is correct the reason of sushant death is major depression in my analysis there is two factor basically police will be proven one is which kind of locked in room door lock in both sides in and out only locked inside if the door lock inside then police secondly police will proven there is window and exit door in 7th floor apartment in which other person came  hang him and easily gone.Mumbai police verify both factor analysis will be clear this is a suicide  and sushant self-end his life.

In 20th century depression classify in two types 1) exogenous 2) endogenous

exogenous in often people case exogenous are those circumstances of life outsider your self and body and mind with those type circumstances like mother dead, child dead , unsuccessful in love and unsuccessful in career and other external factor which is act as a trigger and start of depressive face for some days and months.endogenous depression which is attack on inside the body which mean in body chemical,genetic and biological factor like diabetes heart problem and cancer inherit with this condition.in the both condition of depression there is external trigger which we have seen in sushant case i am doubt current relationship is not settled before suicide he was calling which is unanswered. There is less people who affect with endogenous depression majority of people affect with exogenous. exogenous is less dangerous than endogenous but endogenous like a diabetes and cancer. the modern medicine against endogenous invent by psychiatry basically enhance the availability of neuro transmitter and seroptom optics. my purpose is telling you those people prevent to take this medicine which is effective.

There is two factor which is very helpful for you in both depression cases first factor is exercise aerobic or cardio which is  anti dot against depression and prevent the depression.

In those society where religion deep in Pakistan the rate is 3% same in Saudi Arabia like Islam,Christianity,Hinduism and Jewishism in Israel the rate of suicide is less than 4% people are not surrender because religion not give a permission in the other hand interesting point in India i am not talking about Pakistani research purely Indian psychiatrist research suicide rate in India is 10 to 11% which is estimated by global village report .who report publish in 2019 rate of suicide in India  is 14 to 16%.
