Saving Pakistan "Crashing" Economy

what is the reason behind the falling economy of Pakistan? Mian Atif his name count in top economist in the world. he is  comparison between nowadays Pakistan economy and 1980 Pakistan economy and he says how Pakistan economy was better than India, China and Bangladesh.then what is the reason china and India become a top market? of the world even now Pakistan market number is less than Bangladesh reason behind them is elite class of Pakistan which is not only evaded taxes rather, they expand businesses illegally and make black money its disadvantages for general public and national economy which are suffering and  not only this elite class influence in political decision making and bureaucracy that's why they made decision as per they wish. its disadvantages not just thief rather, those people honestly does his business (middle-class and small businessman) have  discourage and second biggest reason is religious extremism its consequences Is the federal  government take loans for complete the budget of federal institution and defense.third biggest reason is our educated class and skill full class which is live in peace and earn money legally with respect  He is despised and gone to foreign countries

What is the solution of this problem

The problem solution according to Mian Atif  firstly reform the system and second the elite class earn black money and invest in property make money safe.further, take action and prevent those type of action and third solution is political parties not just use religious extremism for their own purpose rather, make those type of policies to stop the religious extremism.
