LAHORE: Singer Meesha Shafi has filed a petition seeking stay of proceedings on the defamation suit filed by Ali Zafar.
Lahore Sessions Court Judge Yasir Ali heard Meesha Shafi plea. Meesha Shafi took a stand in the petition that the FIA has registered a case against me and other witnesses due to which my witnesses are mentally scared.

It should be noted that singer Ali Zafar has filed a claim of Rs 1 billion against Meesha Shafi on charges of sexual harassment.
